Extremely nice & knowledgeable. I contacted him initially because I thought I saw some termites near my house. I sent him a picture thru Angie's List and he replied within a few minutes (just a winged ant, thankfully.) When he came out to spray the whole house, he was friendly and didn't mind my questions at all. I saw 2 bugs that I thought were cockroaches in the Spring, but he explained that they were most likely wood roaches, then explained their features and habits. He even gave me tips on sealing & venting the crawlspace vents near the base of the house. 10 out of 10, will definitely call on this service again.
