Great place for the whole family.
Worked out here for almost 3 years until work caused me and my family to move away. This is an awesome facility, one of the most unique you'll ever train at with many features that you cannot replicate anywhere else. I mean, how many gyms can you go to and do front squats outside with a view of the Appalachian mountains!?
The people and the culture are what really makes Crossfit Glorified/Fit 4 Life Farm exceptional. You couldn't ask for a more fun group of people, from all walks of life, who just enjoy getting together and trying to help each other reach their goals. The coaches truly care about each member and you will definitely feel the impact of that commitment once you're there.
Do yourself a favor and just go give it a try if you live in the area or are looking for a new community to be a part of and get in better shape while doing it.
